HTC will soon be updating its Android line-up with a new
entry-level Android phone as images of the HTC Desire 200 leaked today through
Vietnamese website thegoididong.com.
The HTC Desire 200 boasts a number of design elements
obviously taken from the HTC One including its earpiece section and capacitive
buttons at the bottom. The device will sport a 3.5-inch screen with a
resolution of 320 x 480 pixels, a 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of on-board
storage which is expandable via a microSD card slot, a 1400mAh battery and will
run on Android 4.0.3 ICS.
Based on the video, there will be Beats Audio included in
the handset as well as the latest version of Sense. The phone’s camera lacks a
flash of any kind and since this is a budget phone, we expect the camera to not
exceed 5MP in terms of sensor size.
There's no information yet on pricing, so we might as well wait for the official announcement from HTC.
