If the $360 price tag of the Huawei Honor 6 doesn’t really fit in your budget, then the company’s latest release – the Huawei Honor 3C Play might be the phone you’re looking for.
The phone is built around a 5-inch IPS display with HD resolution. Huawei has equipped the 3C Play with a MediaTek MT6582 chipset with a 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 processor, a Mali400-MP2 GPU and 1GB of RAM. There’s also 16GB of expandable storage, an 8MP+2MP camera combo and two SIM card slots.
On the down side, the Huawei 3C Play only runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with the company’s Emotion UI on top; and there’s no word yet from Huawei if they will push an Android KitKat update. The device will retail for $97 and will be available in Asian markets soon, though no specific date has been given.
