LG Formally Welcomes a New Member of the G3 Family
After being leaked on a promotional poster, LG has finally made the G3 Stylus official just a few days ahead of IFA.
Contrary to previous reports, the G3 Stylus will have a 5.5-inch qHD display that features the same Floating Arc tapered edges as the flagship G3 model. Under the hood is a 1.3GHz quad-core chipset, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage. There’s also a 3000mAh removable battery as well as a 13MP+1.3MP camera combo.
As its name suggests, the device will come with its own stylus with Rubberdium technology for a comfortable and accurate jotting or doodling. The phone will also come with some of LG’s proprietary software including Quick Memo+, Dual Window, Gesture Shot and Knock Code.
The LG G3 Stylus will roll out initially in Brazil next month followed by other markets in Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Pricing information are yet to be announced but are expected to be released shortly after the device’s unveiling in Germany at IFA next week.
