LG Transplants the G3’s Laser Focus Tech to the GX2
LG has already started bringing the G3’s styling to more affordable phones like the L Bello and L Fino, and now the electronics manufacturer has taken another feature of the G3 and gave it to one of its newest smartphones.
The LG Gx2 is the Korean manufacturer’s new phablet that comes equipped with the same laser focus technology that has made the G3 a force to be reckoned with when it comes to taking pictures with a smartphone.
The phablet comes with a 5.7-inch IPS LCD display with HD resolution, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1.5GB of RAM, LTE-A connectivity and a 3200mAh battery. The device’s camera has an 8MP sensor while the front-facing camera can take 1.3MP photos.
There’s no word on pricing yet, but LG will reportedly start shipping the Gx2 by September initially in certain markets in Asia.
